This retreat is designed to be gentle, accessible, and adaptable. All movement practices—including Mermaid Yoga, Aerial Yoga, kayaking, and breathwork—are offered with modifications and invitations to rest. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and participate at your own pace. This is not a fitness retreat; it is a restorative, embodied experience.
No experience is necessary. All practices are guided in a supportive, beginner-friendly way. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll be met exactly where you are.
Yes. This retreat welcomes women of all experience levels. The emphasis is on presence, intention, and personal exploration—not performance or perfection.
Not at all. Mermaid energy is about embodiment and play, not costumes. If you’d like a tail for photos or the sunset sail, a mermaid tail is available for optional purchase ($100) and is yours to keep.
Your investment includes all retreat programming, ceremonies, yoga and breathwork sessions, sound healing, kayaking, the sunset catamaran sail, welcome reception, group volunteer experience, and a personalized mermaid necklace. Lodging, meals (outside of the welcome reception), and transportation are not included.
Lodging is not included in the retreat price. There are shared Airbnb options within walking distance of Om Shack, restaurants, and the marina, typically averaging approximately $250 total for all three nights. You’re also welcome to arrange your own accommodations.
The welcome reception includes a signature cocktail and mocktail. Other meals are not included, allowing flexibility to enjoy nearby cafés and waterfront restaurants together or independently.
You’ll receive a detailed packing list closer to the retreat, but generally you’ll want comfortable clothing for movement, swimwear, a journal, water bottle, and anything that helps you feel grounded and supported.
That’s completely welcome. All activities are optional, and rest is honored as part of the experience. This retreat is about tuning inward, not pushing through.
Yes. Spaciousness is intentionally built into the retreat. You’ll have time for rest, beach walks, reflection, journaling, or connecting with other participants.
On Sunday, March 29, 2026, we honor International Mermaid Day through community service with a group volunteer experience at the Jensen Beach Children’s Museum—blending joy, service, and connection.
This retreat is limited to 10 women to create a safe, intimate, and deeply supportive container.
